September 2011:

Siemens places the order for a complex system for the fully automated longitudinal welding of components for passenger carriages that Siemens will supply to the Deutsche Bundesbahn (German Federal Railway) from 2012 to 2014.

June 2011:

Together with our business partner SSH Corporation in Singapore, MÜLLER OPLADEN is building up a service centre in Singapore for the Asia-Pacific region. Working from Singapore, skilled technicians and engineers can now answer questions and solve problems relating to software, electrics and mechanics for customers in the countries of Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand.

March 2011:

With a partner consortium, MÜLLER OPLADEN is supplying a fully automated pipe shop inclusive of a pipe profile cutting machine controlled with 6 CNCs to Keppel Fels in Singapore. All process steps, from removal of the pipe from the store via pipe bending through to pipe profiling, as well as all preparatory activities are computer-controlled without exception. The customized software coordinates data interchange between the Keppel Fels Tribone and Intergraph software systems on the one hand and the controls of the various machines on the other.

Dezember 2010:

The AlfaLaval Group places an order for two further double welding units for heat exchanger panels at its plant in China.

September 2010:

In the second quarter of 2010, MÜLLER OPLADEN receives an order for the delivery of 6 new pipe profile cutting machines of different sizes to our customers in 2010/2011.

June 2010:

MÜLLER OPLADEN has supplied CNC pipe profile cutting machines for the construction of several stadium roofs for the football World Cup in South Africa. Our Italian customer Cimolai, for instance, built the roof structure for the Soccer City stadium in Johannesburg. Hoping for a great football festival, Müller Opladen wishes all of its customers worldwide that their respective favourite teams play a terrific tournament.

March 2010:

At TUBE 2010 in Düsseldorf, MÜLLER OPLADEN presents for the first time a budget pipe profile cutting machine capable of being set up flexibly at different locations. Please visit us at our stand F01 in Hall 7a from 12th to 16th April 2010.

December 2009:

Despite the international economic crisis, MÜLLER OPLADEN completes a very successful business year 2009.

September 2009:

At the world’s biggest welding trade fair “Schweissen & Schneiden” in Essen from 14th to 19th September 2009, MÜLLER OPLADEN presented its internationally unparalleled 7-axis CNC-controlled pipe profiling cutting machine for the thermal cutting of round, square and rectangular pipes as well as selected steel girders. Also on show was a machine for the thermal removal of surfaces on shafts and the subsequent build-up welding of a new alloy. The exhibited products met with much interest and approval and MÜLLER OPLADEN can expect many new orders as a result of this fair.

June 2009:

The Larsen & Toubro Group in India and the Saipem Group in Italy each order a RB 950/1500/6 MP pipe profile cutting machine.

March 2009:

The German Pressko AG places an order with MÜLLER OPLADEN for the construction of two additional automated systems for the welding of heat exchangers with microplasma.

December 2008:

The Automated Welding business unit boosts its annual sales for the fifth time in succession, with sales in 2008 up 20% over the previous year. Sales in Pipe Profile Cutting Machines also rise by over 25% in 2008 compared to 2007. The order books in both areas are well filled at the turn of the year, so we can expect a successful business year in 2009.
